Before you claim
Refund Policy
Claims are one-time payments for a live season. Read this before sending one to checkout.
No voluntary refunds
There are no voluntary refunds for a claim after it has been successfully accepted and applied to a season. A claim is not a refundable deposit, account credit, or investment. While a season is active, you cannot withdraw, cash out, reduce, or move a claim to another target.
When a refund may happen
We may issue or arrange a full or partial refund when a payment cannot be validly applied. Examples include:
- a duplicate or incorrectly charged checkout;
- a payment that is late for the season’s settlement window;
- a payment that fails verification or has invalid checkout metadata;
- a technical or operational failure that prevents the claim from being applied; or
- a refund required by applicable law or a payment dispute.
When a refund is processed, the related backing is removed or reduced according to the amount refunded. A finalized season’s historical snapshot is not rewritten, although later payment refunds may still be recorded for reconciliation.
Stripe checkout rules
Stripe processes checkout payments for us. Stripe’s consumer terms, privacy policy, and applicable payment-network rules also apply to the transaction.
Refunds are issued through Stripe. We cannot promise that every fee, tax, or third-party charge is refundable; the amount confirmed during the refund process controls.
How to ask about a payment
Contact contact@claimland.lol with the Stripe checkout or payment identifier, target, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not email card numbers or security codes. We will review the payment against the season record and process any payment action through Stripe.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived where you live. Payment disputes remain subject to applicable payment-network rules.
